How can I interact with NixBot?

NixBot is intended to simplify the mobile ordering process and serve as a 24/7 guide for all your Phoenix International needs. Thus, you can interact with NixBot via Telegram, WhatsApp, and even in the bottom right hand corner of this page as needed!

What commands can be used while interacting with NixBot?

NixBot is designed to function without using any user-based commands; however, for the clients who are looking to get right to the point the following commands can be used:

/order - To immediately start a new order.
/cancel- To cancel an unfinished order NixBot was collecting information on.
/reset- To log out of your account as if you never interacted with NixBot.

How do I know if my order has been confirmed?

NixBot will always confirm order details with you before submitting your order for approval. After you confirm your order details, NixBot will provide you with a record ID as a reference for your submission. Upon approval of your order from Phoenix International, you will receive an invoice.
